Terms of Service

The Forjari service is operated by VSBD.iT OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia, registry code 17151720, Sepapaja tn 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia (“Forjari”, “we”, “us”).

By creating a Forjari account or using the Forjari service, you agree to these terms. If you're using Forjari on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Forjari.

Forjari is a platform where experts configure an AI clone of their coaching practice and invite clients to work with it. It provides conversational coaching sessions, maintains memory across sessions, and generates summaries and action items. What an expert sees is controlled by the client: session summaries and commitments are shared by default, and clients may switch sharing off entirely, hide individual sessions, or share an individual session in full. The service is provided "as is" - Forjari gives you a push, not a guarantee.

Forjari is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, financial advisor, or legal advisor. Content generated in sessions is not professional advice. Make your own decisions and take responsibility for them.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Forjari. One account per person - don't share accounts.

You may sign in using email/password or via Google Sign-In. If you use Google Sign-In, your use is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

You own the content you create in Forjari sessions. By using Forjari, you grant us the right to store and process that content to deliver the service.

You may not use Forjari to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Generate content that's illegal in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the service
• Share account access or resell access to others
• Provide false information to manipulate session outcomes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Forjari is available on three tiers: Free (3 sessions total), Contender ($29/month), and Champion ($49/month). Yearly billing at a 10% discount is available on Contender and Champion. Live avatar sessions are sold separately as one-time Session purchases ($24 for 1 hour of live voice/avatar time; hours accumulate, are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase (unused hours expire after that), and are not refundable once consumed). Live sessions run only with clones whose expert has provided a voice and video avatar - check with your expert before buying. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Where applicable, tax is calculated and added at checkout based on the billing address you provide there (processed by Stripe Tax), and appears on your invoice or receipt.

Free-tier users get 3 full sessions in total, after which a paid plan is required. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly by Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: if Forjari fails to function as described and we can't fix it, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund your last charge. We don't offer refunds for subjective dissatisfaction - accountability is the product.

The Forjari product, codebase, and brand are owned by us. Your conversation content is yours. The user model Forjari builds from your sessions is owned by you and exported on request.

Forjari and the AI clones configured on it do not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or any other clinical service. The engine is designed to refuse clinical requests. No therapist-patient, doctor-patient, or similar professional relationship is created by using the service - with Forjari or with any expert whose clone you use.

Forjari is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or in danger, stop using the service and contact your local emergency number or a crisis hotline immediately.

Experts (coaches, counselors, mentors, guides, educators) who publish clones on Forjari are independent third parties, not employees, agents, or representatives of Forjari. Forjari provides the technology; it does not supervise, direct, or control an expert's methodology, materials, or conduct, and does not verify credentials beyond what experts choose to display.

Each expert is solely responsible for the content of their clone - identity, methodology, voice, materials, and openers - including having the legal right to use any materials they upload. Any dispute arising from an expert's content or conduct is between you and that expert; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Forjari is not a party to, and is not liable for, expert-provided content.

For experts: you warrant that your materials do not infringe third-party rights, that your public profile (including social links) is accurate, and that you will not present your clone as providing clinical or licensed professional services through Forjari.

Experts earn a share of revenue actually received from their attached clients - both recurring subscriptions and one-time live-session (Session) purchases: 20% on the free expert plan, or 30% plus a $99/month fee on the Pro plan (purchasable in the studio; the Pro plan also includes live avatar sessions for the expert's own use, with a 4-hour monthly voice limit). Shares are computed on amounts net of any collected taxes and after discounts. Experts who invite other experts additionally earn a single-level referral override (20% of platform margin on the invited expert's client revenue; 25% for grandfathered Founding Partners), payable only while the referring expert has at least 10 paying clients of their own. Rates may change prospectively with 30 days notice; accrued amounts are never reduced retroactively.

Earnings accrue per paid client invoice or purchase and settle monthly, in USD, around the 1st of each month, once your balance clears the payout floor: $1,000 via Stripe, $5,000 via Wise. Each accrual becomes payable 30 days after the underlying client payment - a maturity period that lets refunds and chargebacks settle before funds are released. Balances below the floor, and accruals still maturing, carry forward indefinitely. Stripe payouts require completing Stripe Connect onboarding (Stripe's own terms, including its Recipient Agreement, apply); Wise payouts are sent to the bank details you provide, and you are responsible for their accuracy - transfers that fail due to incorrect details may incur re-transfer costs.

Refunds, chargebacks, and billing corrections reverse the corresponding accruals; a negative balance offsets future earnings. We may withhold or correct a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, a material accounting error, or where the law requires it - and we'll tell you when we do.

Experts are independent providers, not employees or agents of Forjari. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, social contributions, and any reporting obligations on amounts we pay you. We may request tax or identity information where the law requires it, and may suspend payouts (never forfeit accrued balances) until it's provided.

Enabling payouts in the studio (connecting a Stripe account or saving Wise details) constitutes your acceptance of these payout terms.

Experts can optionally give their clone a synthetic version of their voice (from an audio sample they record or upload) and a photoreal animated version of their face (generated from a photo they upload for it). Both are created only after the expert's explicit, recorded consent in the studio, are used solely to present that expert's clone to their own clients, and can be deleted by the expert at any time - deletion removes the synthetic voice and face models from our processors.

By enabling these features the expert warrants the voice and face are their own (or that they hold the rights to them). Clients always interact with an AI clone and the interface presents it as such; the likeness features change how the clone looks and sounds, not what it is.

Session responses are generated by artificial intelligence. Despite safeguards, AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate to your situation, and may occasionally state things confidently that are wrong. You are responsible for evaluating everything a clone says before acting on it. Nothing generated in a session is professional, legal, medical, financial, or tax advice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forjari, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these terms; (b) content you submit to the service; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right. If you are an expert, this additionally covers claims arising from your clone configuration and uploaded materials, your relationships with your clients, and any assertion that your materials infringe third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Forjari is provided without warranty. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including business decisions you make based on Forjari sessions.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. These terms are maintained in English only; translations, where offered, are courtesy aids and the English text controls.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts (Harju County Court, Tallinn), unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
