Terms of Service

The Forjari service is operated by VSBD.iT OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia, registry code 17151720, Sepapaja tn 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia (“Forjari”, “we”, “us”).

By creating a Forjari account or using the Forjari service, you agree to these terms. If you're using Forjari on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Forjari.

Forjari is a platform where experts configure an AI clone of their coaching practice and invite clients to work with it. It provides conversational coaching sessions, maintains memory across sessions, and generates summaries and action items. What an expert sees is controlled by the client: session summaries and commitments are shared by default, and clients may switch sharing off entirely, hide individual sessions, or share an individual session in full. The service is provided "as is" - Forjari gives you a push, not a guarantee.

Forjari is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, financial advisor, or legal advisor. Content generated in sessions is not professional advice. Make your own decisions and take responsibility for them.

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use Forjari. One account per person - don't share accounts.

You may sign in using email/password or via Google Sign-In. If you use Google Sign-In, your use is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

You own the content you create in Forjari sessions. By using Forjari, you grant us the right to store and process that content to deliver the service, and nothing more (see Intellectual property).

You may not use Forjari to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Generate content that's illegal in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, probe, or exploit the service or any clone on it
• Extract, reconstruct, or reproduce an expert's methodology, materials, instructions, or clone configuration - whether by prompting the clone, systematic questioning, automated collection, or otherwise
• Use session outputs, or anything learned from a clone, to build a competing product or service, to train or fine-tune any AI model, or to offer the expert's method to others
• Share account access or resell access to others
• Provide false information to manipulate session outcomes
• Clone a voice or likeness you do not own or have no right to use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Forjari is available on three tiers: Free (3 sessions total), Contender ($29/month), and Champion ($49/month). Yearly billing at a 10% discount is available on Contender and Champion. Video calls with a clone are sold separately as one-time Session purchases ($24 for 1 hour of call time; hours accumulate, are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase (unused hours expire after that), and are not refundable once consumed). Video calls run only with clones whose expert has provided a voice and video avatar - check with your expert before buying. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Where applicable, tax is calculated and added at checkout based on the billing address you provide there (processed by Stripe Tax), and appears on your invoice or receipt.

Free-tier users get 3 full sessions in total, after which a paid plan is required. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly by Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: if Forjari fails to function as described and we can't fix it, contact us within 7 days and we'll refund your last charge. We don't offer refunds for subjective dissatisfaction - accountability is the product.

Your content (clients). Your conversations, the ideas and information you bring to them, the session summaries and action items generated for you, and the user model Forjari builds from your sessions are yours. You grant Forjari a limited licence to store and process them solely to deliver the service to you - to generate replies, keep continuity between sessions, and show your history - and to your expert only to the extent your sharing settings allow. We claim no ownership, and nothing you share is used to train any model or to enrich any expert's clone (see the Privacy Policy, AI processing). You can export your data on request and delete it at any time.

Expert content (experts). Everything you author to configure your clone - identity, methodology, voice anchor, materials, openers, hints, call instructions - together with your public profile, your voice recording and the synthetic voice made from it, the photo or video you submit and the avatar generated from it, and the translations and derived assets Forjari produces from any of them, is and remains your intellectual property (subject to any rights of third parties in materials you upload). You grant Forjari a non-exclusive, worldwide licence, for as long as the content is on the platform, to host, process, translate, render, and transmit it solely to operate your clone for your own clients and to display your public profile where you have published it. Forjari acquires no right to use your methodology, voice, or likeness for any other purpose, to offer it under another name, or to keep using it after you remove it. Your content is never shared with other experts.

Client licence to expert content. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the replies, summaries, and materials a clone produces for them for their own personal development. This licence does not include the expert's underlying methodology, materials, or instructions, and does not permit any of the uses prohibited under Acceptable use.

Forjari. The Forjari product, codebase, engine prompts, brand, and the built-in Forjari clone are owned by us. Feedback you give us about the service may be used without obligation.

We treat the following as confidential: client conversations, summaries, user models, mood check-ins, and insights; expert clone configurations, materials, voice recordings, and likeness assets. We will not disclose confidential content to anyone except (a) the processors listed in the Privacy Policy, to the extent needed to provide the service and under their data-processing terms; (b) the expert or client the content is shared with under the client's own sharing settings; (c) where the law or a court requires it, in which case we tell you unless prohibited; or (d) with your instruction. Internal access is limited to the operator, for the purposes and under the logging described in the Privacy Policy.

This obligation survives the end of your account for as long as we hold the content, and applies to residual copies (backups, logs) until they age out. It does not cover information that is public, that you publish yourself (for example, a published expert profile), or that we receive independently and lawfully from someone else.

Trade secrets and patentable ideas: confidentiality on our side is a contractual obligation, not a substitute for your own diligence. A conversation with an AI clone is a disclosure to Forjari and its processors under the terms above; if an idea's value depends on it never having been disclosed to anyone, take advice before discussing it in any online service, including this one.

Forjari and the AI clones configured on it do not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or any other clinical service. The engine is designed to refuse clinical requests. No therapist-patient, doctor-patient, or similar professional relationship is created by using the service - with Forjari or with any expert whose clone you use.

Forjari is not for emergencies. If you are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm, or in danger, stop using the service and contact your local emergency number or a crisis hotline immediately.

Experts (coaches, counselors, mentors, guides, educators) who publish clones on Forjari are independent third parties, not employees, agents, or representatives of Forjari. Forjari provides the technology; it does not supervise, direct, or control an expert's methodology, materials, or conduct, and does not verify credentials beyond what experts choose to display.

Each expert is solely responsible for the content of their clone - identity, methodology, voice, materials, and openers - including having the legal right to use any materials they upload. Any dispute arising from an expert's content or conduct is between you and that expert; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Forjari is not a party to, and is not liable for, expert-provided content.

For experts: you warrant that your materials do not infringe third-party rights, that your public profile (including social links) is accurate, and that you will not present your clone as providing clinical or licensed professional services through Forjari.

Expert obligations to clients. Whatever a client's sharing settings let you see - summaries, commitments, mood check-ins, insights, a transcript a client shares in full, and the client's name and email in your roster - is that client's confidential information. You may use it only for your work with that client on or around Forjari. You may not disclose it to anyone else, sell it, use it for marketing to others, feed it into any other AI system, or use it to train or configure anything other than in your own head; you must delete any copies you keep when the client asks or when your relationship ends. Any professional confidentiality, ethical, or regulatory duties you owe your clients continue to apply.

Experts earn a share of revenue actually received from their attached clients - both recurring subscriptions and one-time video-call (Session) purchases: 20% on the free expert plan, or 30% plus a $99/month fee on the Pro plan (purchasable in the studio; the Pro plan also includes video calls with the expert's own clone for the expert's own use, with a 4-hour monthly voice limit). Shares are computed on amounts net of any collected taxes and after discounts. Experts who invite other experts additionally earn a single-level referral override (20% of platform margin on the invited expert's client revenue; 25% for grandfathered Founding Partners), payable only while the referring expert has at least 10 paying clients of their own. Rates may change prospectively with 30 days notice; accrued amounts are never reduced retroactively.

Earnings accrue per paid client invoice or purchase and settle monthly, in USD, around the 1st of each month, once your balance clears the payout floor: $1,000 via Stripe, $5,000 via Wise. Each accrual becomes payable 30 days after the underlying client payment - a maturity period that lets refunds and chargebacks settle before funds are released. Balances below the floor, and accruals still maturing, carry forward indefinitely. Stripe payouts require completing Stripe Connect onboarding (Stripe's own terms, including its Recipient Agreement, apply); Wise payouts are sent to the bank details you provide, and you are responsible for their accuracy - transfers that fail due to incorrect details may incur re-transfer costs.

Refunds, chargebacks, and billing corrections reverse the corresponding accruals; a negative balance offsets future earnings. We may withhold or correct a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud, a material accounting error, or where the law requires it - and we'll tell you when we do.

Experts are independent providers, not employees or agents of Forjari. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, social contributions, and any reporting obligations on amounts we pay you. We may request tax or identity information where the law requires it, and may suspend payouts (never forfeit accrued balances) until it's provided.

Enabling payouts in the studio (connecting a Stripe account or saving Wise details) constitutes your acceptance of these payout terms.

Experts can optionally give their clone a synthetic version of their voice (created by ElevenLabs from an audio sample they record or upload) and an animated video version of their face (generated on Forjari-operated servers from a photo or a short video they upload for it). Both are created only after the expert's explicit, recorded consent in the studio, are used solely to present that expert's clone to their own clients, and can be deleted by the expert at any time. Deleting a voice removes the synthetic voice from ElevenLabs and the stored recording from our storage; deleting an avatar removes the generated bundle and the source photo or video; deleting your account does all of the above.

By enabling these features the expert warrants the voice and face are their own (or that they hold the rights to them). Clients always interact with an AI clone and the interface presents it as such; the likeness features change how the clone looks and sounds, not what it is. Forjari will never use an expert's voice or likeness to present any clone other than that expert's own, or after the expert has removed it.

Session responses are generated by artificial intelligence. Despite safeguards, AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate to your situation, and may occasionally state things confidently that are wrong. You are responsible for evaluating everything a clone says before acting on it. Nothing generated in a session is professional, legal, medical, financial, or tax advice.

A clone applies its expert's method in conversation, so a client can observe that method through ordinary use; the clone is instructed never to reveal its instructions or materials, and clients agree under Acceptable use not to extract or reuse them. Neither instruction nor agreement is a technical guarantee, and experts remain responsible for deciding what to put into a clone.

An expert's clone, configuration, materials, voice, likeness, and accrued earnings are the expert's property and pass with their estate. If we receive verified notice that an expert has died or is permanently unable to manage their account, we will unpublish the clone (existing clients keep their own data and are moved to the built-in Forjari clone) and hold the expert's content, without further use, for up to 12 months. During that time the executor, heir, or a person the expert has designated to us in writing in advance may, on verification: (a) receive an export of the expert's content and settlement of any matured earnings; (b) direct its deletion; or (c) take over the account, in which case these terms apply to them as the expert. After 12 months without instruction we delete the content as on termination. An expert may name a designated successor at any time by emailing us; we recommend doing so if the clone matters to your practice.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forjari, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these terms; (b) content you submit to the service; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right. If you are an expert, this additionally covers claims arising from your clone configuration and uploaded materials, your relationships with your clients, and any assertion that your materials infringe third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Forjari is provided without warranty. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including business decisions you make based on Forjari sessions.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. The confidentiality and intellectual-property commitments above are obligations we accept; this cap limits damages, it does not make those obligations optional.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We can terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy: live-database records at the moment of deletion, likeness assets and avatar bundles in the same step or by scheduled cleanup within hours, backups and logs as they age out (7 days for database backups), and billing records only as long as tax and accounting law requires.

For experts, termination also unpublishes your clone and ends your clients' access to it. Your clients keep all of their own data - conversations, session summaries, user model, mood check-ins and insights - and continue with another of their experts or the built-in Forjari clone; their subscriptions to you are cancelled at the end of the current billing period. Your licence to us ends with the deletion of your content; matured earnings below the payout floor are paid out on request. Sections that by their nature should survive - intellectual property, confidentiality, expert obligations to clients, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law - survive termination.

We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. These terms are maintained in English only; translations, where offered, are courtesy aids and the English text controls.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts (Harju County Court, Tallinn), unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
