Client FAQ
What exactly am I talking to?
An AI clone of your expert - configured with their identity, methodology, voice, and materials, running on Forjari's coaching engine. It introduces itself as a clone; you always know you're talking to AI.
Can I talk to it instead of typing?
Yes. Dictate your messages and have replies read aloud - both run on your browser's built-in speech services in your interface language, and Forjari never records or stores audio.
Does my expert read my conversations?
No - transcripts stay private unless you yourself share a specific session in full. By default your expert sees session summaries, commitments, and session counts so they can follow your progress; you can hide any single session or turn sharing off entirely in account settings. You can speak freely.
How do I get access?
Only through your expert's invite link. There's no public directory and no sign-up without an invite.
Can I switch to a different expert?
Yes. Paste the new expert's invite code in your account settings. The switch is immediate and irreversible - your previous expert's invite link may have rotated, so going back may mean asking them for a fresh code - and your new expert sees what your sharing settings allow (summaries by default - adjustable anytime). If your expert offers several clones and enables switching, you can also move between their clones right from your account page - no code needed.
What does it cost me?
Your first 3 full sessions are free. After that: $29 a month for unlimited sessions with your commitments carried over, or $49 a month for unlimited sessions with full memory.
What if I'm in real distress?
The engine has a hard safety override: it drops all coaching intensity, expresses plain concern, and points you to real human support. That overrides everything - including your expert's configuration.
What if the clone gets something wrong?
You have two levers. Rate any finished session on a four-point scale (very bad to very good - deliberately no middle), which your expert sees aggregated per clone. Or report the clone with a description - the report reaches both your expert and the Forjari team, and you can attach that session's full transcript so they see exactly what was said.
Is my data private?
Yes. Conversations are encrypted at rest, scoped with row-level security, and never used to train models.
