We back founders
who ship.
Forjari builds the coaching engine that pushes people to charge, talk to users, and make the hard call. Now we put money behind founders doing exactly that. We invest in early-stage businesses at the MVP and first-traction stage — with funding, operator support, and access to our products and audience.
Pre-seed through seed. Decisions in weeks, not quarters.
What you get with us
More than a check.
Capital & momentum
Checks at the MVP and first-traction stage, with fast decisions. We validate quickly in real markets and put money behind founders who are already moving — not six-month diligence theater.
Operating pressure
Every portfolio founder gets Forjari Champion for the life of the investment, plus direct operator support on pricing, positioning, and first sales. We hold you to your commitments the same way Forjari does.
Distribution & network
Access to Forjari's network of experts and founders, intros to portfolio peers who've solved the problem you're stuck on, and the legal and financial scaffolding that keeps a one-person company from drowning in overhead.
Our focus areas
Early-stage ventures where one founder and the right tools go a long way.
AI-native tools
Products where the model is the core of the value, not a feature bolted on — agents, copilots, and tools that couldn't exist two years ago.
SaaS & micro-SaaS
B2B workflow tools built by founders close to the problem. Small markets are fine; ignored markets are better.
Developer tools
Infrastructure, testing, deployment, and the unglamorous plumbing developers pay for because it saves them hours every week.
Productivity & coaching tech
Software that changes founder and operator behavior — accountability systems, decision tools, and anything in Forjari's own lineage.
Vertical AI agents
Agents that own a complete job in one industry — legal intake, bookkeeping, support — and get paid like the human they replace.
Creator & solo-business infrastructure
Billing, audience, and operations tooling for the one-person businesses that are becoming the default way to start.
FAQ
What are the criteria for selection?
A working MVP or better, with a clear and viable business model. Evidence you've talked to users — early sales if applicable. A founder (or tiny team) who ships weekly and can answer hard questions about unit economics without reframing. Strong potential to scale beyond one market. We don't fund decks; we fund momentum.
What stages do you invest in?
Pre-seed through seed — from MVP+ with first signs of traction up to early growth. If you're raising a Series B, we're not your check. If you shipped last month and have your first paying users, we are.
What is the review process?
Deliberately short. First, a written pitch by email — what you built, who pays, what the numbers are. Second, a working session: we dig into the product, the market, and the founder, and we'll ask the hard questions the same way Forjari does. Third, internal assessment and a term sheet if it's a fit. Then focused due diligence — financial, legal, and a view-only look at the code. You'll have a decision in weeks, not quarters.
What do you need from me?
Three things for diligence: legal basics (corporate documents, cap table, IP ownership), product access (view-only code access for a technical audit), and the numbers (revenue, burn rate, financial projections, funding allocation). A polished deck is optional. Honest answers are not.
Pitch us.
Tell us what you built, who pays for it, and what the numbers are. If you're still polishing the deck instead of sending the email — that's the pattern. Send it today.
